This is individual — it depends on your condition, goals, and level of commitment. Some people notice changes within the first few weeks (more energy, improved digestion, better sleep). For sustainable results, I recommend working for at least 3 months to build lasting habits and achieve long-term change.

Yes, I also work with parents who want to support their children’s nutrition and health. Consultations are conducted together with a parent to ensure the best results and practical application.

No. I am a functional nutritionist and health coach. I work with nutrition, supplements, and practices to support the body, but I do not make medical diagnoses or prescribe medication. If needed, please consult the appropriate specialist or physician.

Payment for services can be made in cash on site, by bank card via POS terminal, or by bank transfer.

Yes. If you cannot attend, you need to notify me at least 24 hours in advance so we can reschedule the appointment at a convenient time for you.
